Faith Based Casting is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows local casting directors of TV, feature film, short film, stage, web and other projects needing actors, to notify area adult aged and child aged actors about the roles they are casting, then review and manage the submissions they receive, all through our site.

In order to see what roles are available that you are a match for, and be notified of future roles, you’ll need to register and create a profile. A complete profile will include your headshot, acting resume, personal appearance details and other information casting directors/producers need. For your actors profile to appear in the casting director’s submissions dashboard you’ll need to submit through the website.

The types of acting roles and experience needed can vary from extras with no experience required to local non-union feature film, TV show, commercial or other roles requiring some experience to professional union acting roles requiring pre-existing membership in a professional actors union, such as Screen Actors Guild (SAG) or Actors Equity Association (AEA).
