We had completed many short term missions to Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America. before we came to live here in Malawi in 2012. 

But, after our very first visit to this south east African nation in 2010, God made it clear to us  we should focus our ministry here among the poorest of the poor in the rural, southern region of Malawi.  

Our compassion ministries are centered primarily on meeting needs of women and children. . .

• Clean water

• Sanitation and hygiene training

• Women’s Bible studies

• Sustainable nutrition training

• Dignity life-skills training for adolescent girls

• Feeding programs for preschoolers

• Clothing distribution

• Improved farming methods

• Fuel efficient cook stoves

• Bible stories and sports and recreation for children

• Feeding program for preschoolers

We  have learned that when people know they are loved, they open their hearts. Showing  God’s love  has opened doors for the Gospel, enabling us to plant churches in rural villages.

 

We are bringing the Gospel to the poorest of the poor through compassion ministries.
