Leave It Better Than You Found It
The good news of Jesus doesn’t just speak to the future for hope … The Gospel is that life “NOW” can be different. It’s bringing a little up there down here – Today!
What flows out of the church is what flows out of Jesus—Help, hope, and healing. So on October 11th we’re gonna “gather & scatter” over 1,000 people serving in the name of Jesus.
WHO IS IT FOR? Everyone! (Ages 4 and below will have projects on campus.)
WHEN? Sunday, October 11, 2015 8:55-12:00ish
WHERE? Our Backyard. Our City.
WHY? Love in Action: God’s People Loving People.
1 Peter 2:12 (MSG) –
Live an exemplary life among the natives so that your
actions will refute their prejudices. Then they’ll be won over to God’s side and be there to join in the celebration when he arrives.
Matthew 25:35-36 (NIV ‘84) – For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in. I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
RSVP? You can sign up for projects between 9/20 – 10/4 at Pinedale or Online.
