EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: $5.00 per golfer discount given if paid by 5/19.
FORMAT: Four-person captain’s choice ( Entrants build your own team )
PRIZES: 1st-3rd place teams. Each player on all three winning teams will all receive great prize packages including gift certificates to local restaurants and more.
Also, closest to the pin, accurate drive will be awarded.
COST: $50.00 per golfer ( $200.00 per team ) Includes green fee, cart fee, entry fee, lunch, door prize, and a goodie bag. “Masters” package also available for purchase.
