I am an accomplished international consultant with more than 30 years experience in training, coaching and public speaking.   I am committed to developing leaders of excellence and integrity by facilitating the individual awareness and skill development necessary for effective leadership in today’s diverse world.  My work is known for its specialized customization and transformational results for personal and professional leadership development with a special focus and desire to work with christian institutionsand other non-profit organizations.  I am a business consultant and an experienced international facilitator. Professionally, I have formerly been a product specialist, sales consultant, and facilitator for an innovative $4 billion dollar computer software company as well as a former minister heading single and multi-staffed churches.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications and am a member of the American Society for Training & Development (now ATD) and Business Network International.
